Data Processing Agreement — Wilma

Wilma can provide a Data Processing Agreement for customers that require one.

The DPA is designed to support customers using Wilma as part of their recruitment process and covers how Wilma processes candidate and recruitment data on the customer’s behalf.

The DPA covers, among other things:

• Customer processing instructions
• Confidentiality commitments
• Security measures
• Subprocessor use
• Support for data subject rights requests
• Support for personal data breach and security incident handling
• Deletion or return of customer data
• Audit and compliance information
• International data transfers
