1. Acceptable Use
You may use Wilma only for legitimate recruitment, hiring, and related internal business purposes authorised by your organisation.
2. Prohibited Content and Conduct
You may not use Wilma to:
- Upload, transmit, or store unlawful, abusive, fraudulent, or malicious content
- Request or encourage disclosure of special category or highly sensitive data without a lawful basis
- Publish discriminatory, harassing, or unlawful interview questions or hiring criteria
- Use Wilma for spam, deception, or impersonation
- Interfere with security, access controls, or system integrity
- Reverse engineer, scrape, or extract platform data without authorisation
3. Security and Abuse
You may not attempt to gain unauthorised access to Wilma, other accounts, connected systems, or data that you are not permitted to access.
We may monitor for misuse, fraud, abuse, and security threats and may suspend or terminate access where necessary.
4. Sensitive Data
Customers should not use Wilma to solicit or process highly sensitive data unless they have a clear lawful basis and Wilma is configured appropriately for that use. This includes information such as health data, biometric data, political opinions, religion, sexual orientation, criminal convictions, or financial account details.
5. Enforcement
Wilma may investigate suspected misuse and may remove content, suspend access, or terminate accounts that violate these terms or create legal, compliance, or security risk.
