Wilma customers, candidates, connected-account users, and OAuth provider review.

1. Scope

These Design Partner Terms apply to customers participating in Wilma’s early-access, pilot, beta, or design partner programs for pre-release products, features, or modules.

These terms supplement Wilma’s general Terms of Service. If there is a conflict, these Design Partner Terms govern for the applicable early-access services.

2. Pre-Release Status

Design partner features may be incomplete, unstable, or subject to bugs, downtime, limited documentation, and frequent change. They are provided on an early-access basis and may be modified or withdrawn at any time.

3. Feedback and Collaboration

Design partners agree to provide timely, candid, and constructive feedback on product usability, workflows, issues, and improvement opportunities.

Wilma may use feedback, suggestions, and ideas provided through the design partner program to improve the product without restriction or obligation, except where otherwise agreed in writing.

4. Support and Service Levels

Standard service levels, uptime commitments, and response time commitments do not apply to design partner features unless expressly agreed in writing.

5. Customer Acknowledgement

Customers acknowledge that early-access features are used at their own risk. Customers should not rely on design partner features for mission-critical workflows unless they are comfortable with the associated product risk.

6. Data and Confidentiality

Customer data submitted through design partner features remains subject to Wilma’s applicable Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. Wilma may monitor the use of early-access features to improve performance, reliability, and product design.

7. Withdrawal or Termination

Wilma may suspend, limit, or terminate access to any design partner feature at any time, including where product direction changes, risks are identified, or the early-access phase is concluded.
